Health and safety
Hygiene, cross contamination & prevention
Sterilisation and cleaning of tools and furniture.
Contraindications/ contra actions
Consultation process
Safe Lash extension removal
Lash mapping
Product list & recommended brands.
Trolley set up.
Social media marketing tips.
Identifying retention issues and how to prevent them
Aftercare
Practical:
Full demonstration on the mannequin head in the morning as well as a live model in the afternoon.
Lash cleansing & priming
How to tape down the bottom lashes correctly
Lash mapping
Isolation
Lash application.
Identifying problems that may occur and how to rectify.
Correct direction of application
Explain and show how to correctly carry out an infill
How to capture perfect photo angles of the finished set of lashes
Important information:
You will get a 30-minute lunch break where you can bring your own lunch or there is Tesco; a 2-minute drive or a 10-minute walk away (fridge and tap water is available to use).
Toilet facilities onsite.
Ensure you keep yourself hydrated throughout the day to avoid headaches from the long periods of concentration.
Please bring a pen and a notepad so you can jot down important information, tips and tricks.
This course requires a lot of concentration, it will be a very full-on day/two days so please bring glasses if you need them and be aware that you will also need a steady hand for such intricate work, so please consider if this course is for you.
And most important of all is that you have fun! learning a new skill can be scary, yes, but you can take comfort in knowing you are in the best hands, I will be there to help and support you every step of the way :)
Important policy details before you book:
Full attendance for one and/or two day courses are mandatory in order to receive a certificate of completion.
If you need to rearrange you can do so up to 7 days before the course date. If you cancel at any time before the course, there will be a non–refundable deposit of 25% of the cost of the course.
If you need to rearrange, please email thebeautyshack21@gmail.com at least 7 days or more before your course start date.
if you need to rearrange within 7 days of your course start date, please note a £100 rescheduling fee may apply.
If you have booked a course but need to cancel, please email thebeautyshack21@gmail.com and do so 7 days before your course start date. Please note that there is non refundable 25% deposit included in the purchase price for full cancellations over 7 days before you course start date.
If you cancel within 7 days of your course start date, a 50% non-refundable deposit will apply.
In the event that your course has been cancelled by us/ training provider, a new rearranged date will be offered or a full refund can be requested.
